Elizabeth Lisle, Principal
As Silvient's founder, Elizabeth Lisle brings 23 years experience in corporate risk management and risk management information systems to design innovative client solutions. She has helped regional and global companies streamline captive underwriting, renewals, asset value collection, incident reporting, claims analysis, and executive reporting.
Elizabeth enjoys partnering with risk management departments large and small to re-design manual processes, and replace aging and inefficient Excel spreadsheets, Access databases, and legacy RMIS systems, with highly-secure, fully-mobile cloud solutions with best-in-class reliability and IBM Cognos business intelligence.
As a member of the Spencer Educational Foundation's Alumni Committee, she is passionate about mentoring and encouraging the next generation of risk management leaders.
Elizabeth's 12 years of volunteer leadership with the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) began as a student member and three-time Spencer Scholar, designing the Society's first chapter website and online conference registration system for the Atlanta Chapter in 1997. As a charter member of RIMS' Technology Advisory Council, she served two terms as chair, leading RIMS' data standards initiative from 2000 to 2009, and editing the RIMSTech newsletter to educate risk managers on emerging technology. She also served as a Chapter Mentor and RIMS Delegate.
Since 2010, Elizabeth has volunteered with The Orange Duffel Bag Initiative, a 501(c)(3) serving foster, homeless, and high-poverty youth with award-winning programs proven to improve their education success She currently serves on the Board of Directors and chairs the Technology Committee.
Elizabeth graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State University with BBA and MS degrees in Risk Management.
